His advocacy for traditional masculinity, his toxic treatment of his own fanbase any time they say something he doesn’t like, etc. There are better mouthpieces for leftist ideology, who deserve a chance way way more than Hasan.

He has a large trans fan base and is a staunch advocate for trans rights in spite of looking the part of a meathead. He’s pretty respectful about disagreements that aren’t disgusting in nature (racism, homophibia, etc). I think you probably just have a clipped caracature in your mind that likely doesn’t match well with reality.
