@RaymondPierreL3@aus.social Yes, here are a couple of explainers on why Rooney had to withdraw her books. Basically, since Palestine Action has been banned as a terrorist organization and she is donating proceeds from her books to them, her publisher (Faber) would not be able to pass royalties to her for sales. So they, with her agreement, will no longer supply her books to stores. An appeal over the ban is due to be heard by the UK Supreme Court on Nov. 4 and 5.
