The intelligence level of niggers would improve through successive generations that have a pressure that selects for intelligence. It's hypothesized that whites and asians are more intelligent than other races because they've had to deal with winter preparation and food preservation. The whites who couldn't do that died due to winter. It is more or less proven that the reason whites are less violent and aggressive than blacks is because we murdered every single criminal for 2000 years
