Just had what may have been the stupidest support call of all time. An HR firm that I have done a few T&M jobs for rang up and asked if I could "do a job". The following conversation ensued. Me: "What's the job?" Them: "Server." Me: "What kind of server" Them: " <company name>" Me: "I mean is it Windows, Linux, Mac...?" Them: "Don't know" Me: "What's wrong with it?" Them: "They think someone's done something stupid with it". Me: "Where is this server?" Them: "<town about 2.5 hours distant>" Me: "Nah, sorry" Pfffff....
