Are you looking for an #opensource alternative to #Jira? Are you especially looking for structured backlogs & agile boards?
We've been exploring, through user interviews how the backlog refinement & sprint planning experience in @openproject could evolve to better support #agile teams. We also analyzed the pain points Jira users have. Based on those insights we prepare a product vision which we are presenting to you today. Looking forward to feedback!

@RosannaSibora@fosstodon.org @openproject@fosstodon.org Please take care that all the stuff can easily be configured and adapted to individual team needs by team members themself. No super hero admin needed with global dependencies, which is/was a big Jira pain point. During my career I often assumed/faced that organizations using Jira cannot be agile, since the tool is not enabling to be "agile". Just having some boards and tickets following company rules is not sufficient to be "agile".
