This, and please excuse my language, is absolute, bugfuck, pants-on-head, insane. One of UK's most critically acclaimed living authors (who isn't a walking hate speech or abuser), has had her books pulled by her publisher because of the laws against #PalestineAction. #Irish novelist Sally #Rooney said her books can no longer be sold in the #UK because she financially supports the banned group #Palestine Action. Rooney, 35, is the critically praised author of four novels: “Conversations with Friends,” “Normal People,” “Beautiful World, Where are You” and “Intermezzo.” I remind you that all of this nonsense is happening under the nominally moderate #Labour party. As an American, I say to fellow USians as we close in on midterms, remember that Labour proves centrists are better than rightwing, but they are not our friends. @MissConstrue@mefi.social Yeah, nobody's surprised, especially here in Ireland. The UK Labour Party is riddled with Israeli money and hasn't been considered left-wing since Kinnock was in charge. If anything, this is a great example of how deeply Israeli money and influence has penetrated the British establishment.
