The 3rd cat is an older (likely born May 2012) calico who happens to be my fursister. Gracie was previously my mom's cat but my mom died in late February 2022 and my dad couldn't even scoop out the litterbox regularly, so I ended up rehoming her with us on 11/2/2024.
I was worried because my mom had Gracie declawed years ago (and got an earful from me over that) but Gracie turned out to be a real fighter against Tessa and Bombay despite being smaller than them and missing a fang.

Circling back to tech, I’ve been playing around with Android since December 2008 and rooted my first device (the HTC Dream a.k.a. T-Mobile G1) that next month. I've recently stopped rooting Android because Google's been locking down the OS more and more over the years. I miss being able to hack apart a ROM, take out framework-res.apk, redo the icons, slap it back together, and have an OS that _looks_ like my own. long thread/8
