@flwwhtrbt@mastodon.social I had been waiting for PS5 to go down in price but since it went up instead I'm glad I waited now. Being able to share discs and buy second hand was a trade-off for having platform locked and expensive games so without those the whole platform is a complete non-starter. Although I barely use my PS4 and my PS3 died years ago with too many unplayed games so the magic was already long gone.
