@jcsteh@aus.social So you don't particularly care about quality but you rewrote it because you wanted it to work. Hmm, that sounds suspiciously like the start of a nuanced thought to me. No room for those here buddy, decide whether AI is here to save or kill us all and stick with a choice please.

@Scott@tweesecake.social Heh, the annoying part is that I really wanted AI to work here; I didn't particularly want to spend time writing this when it's just a diagnostic tool. But it just wasn't worth trying to figure out where the bugs were in the several hundred lines of code it vomited out, and it wasn't being helpful in fixing it itself, so... such is life. Probably would've worked better if I'd used a commercial model, but I don't have access to one of those outside of work, so... 🤷♂️
