@jfmezei@cosocial.ca That preliminary report was released while ago. The report has no official date of release, but the document properties indicate it was created on July 11, 2025. Or is it November 7, 2025?
Anyway, no new info. They must be close to figuring out exactly what happened.

@Milnoc@mstdn.ca Damned youtube ! It recommended me a video about a new report out, so listened to the youtube, and they had the link to the report. Now I look at that video and it is a year old, not new !
