@NatureMC@mastodon.online "Deeply democratic, socialist" This alone tells you this person is talking nonsense. Socialism is not compatible with a functioning democracy. Under socialism, the state owns and therefore controls the means of production; the food, water, energy, communication, transportation. In a very real way, they control the people. Which is in direct and obvious contradiction to democracy, where the people control the state.
