So let's say I wanted to make a website where I, the author, am anonymous. Nothing nefarious here - let's say, for example, that I want to write honest reviews of restaurants and not have my identity known. Is it enough to register the domain through one of those registrars who let you hide your WHOIS details? How accessible are those hidden details to non-"authorities" (I assume they are accessible to "authorities")? Are there other things I would need to obscure?
