Edit: putting this other response here because you dipshits don’t realize you can be transphobic while talking for trans people with “good intentions.” Because trans people are the people who are impoverished. To act like these are seperate things and that one is more worthy than the other is trans erasure. Just because you know transphobia is bad, doesn’t mean you aren’t transphobic. The reason we aren’t able to forget about trans people is because they do experience poverty and shelter insecurity at disproportionate rates; there is no discussion on one without the other unless you intend to erase trans people, go figure.
