I am also shrugging off the idea that only corporate giants can do it, I've run a 13B model on my Intel Arc B50 Pro card just fine. This is something available to most everyone, you don't need a giant data center unless you expect to be serving a hundred thousand queries a second. And you can choose to use it ethically even if others don't.
