oh man. on my walk i came up with a delectable scenario of how a company optimizing for cheap workforce could easily fuck itself into a cul-de-sac by hiring AI-brained interns until the AI has created such a mirage of a codebase that it itself can not implement/fix a compliance feature/bug anymore. poor sap in charge will just do what the AI does: apologize and try to make the damn thing work. boss fires them, hires another: same thing.
