Very cool!
There used to be a #bicycle enthusiast (mostly pre-web) Steven K. Roberts who had some sort of chorded #keyboard on his handlebars (borrowed from fighter aircraft I think). It was very cool at the time, but talk about distracted cycling. 🙄
He made a living by testing and promoting "mobile" tech.
I have him quoted: "Bicycling is slow enough to see the trees, but fast enough to get through the forest."

@nickrauchen@c.im @cstross@wandering.shop @j2bryson@mastodon.social @newtontalk@bitbang.social that is the coolest bike I've seen in a while! The distracted cycling thing reminds me of an old Youtube channel called Let's Paint TV, where the host wore a helmet cam and cycled through parks while simultaneously painting AND shaving 😂👌 I think the channel might still be going, proving that bicycles are pretty damn safe! Some years ago I bought a tiny chording device called a DecaTxt with 10 keys, intended for one-handed use. I was just getting the hang of it when my USB charger somehow shorted it out and killed it. Someday I'll try opening it and fixing whatever burnt out.
