@Anne_Montano_Art@mastoart.social Ask your hubb's HR department to straighten it out. If they will mess you around on day 1, it will only grow worse by day 1000. Marriage is all state jurisdiction. "Federal policy" can't say boo about who is married to whom.

@log@mastodon.sdf.org @Anne_Montano_Art@mastoart.social Yes, this is HR's responsibility to fix. And they're legally obligated to under ACA. They can't dodge the legal requirement to provide insurance to spouse/children because of a bullshit verification policy they made up.
