@RosethornRanger@spore.social I once came across two gay guys doing a dom/sub thing in public - there was no sex - but being in public was part of the kink.
Essentially, they were using passersby to facilitate their kink. That crosses the line of consent.

@featherduster@aus.social @RosethornRanger@spore.social If passerby can leave and can refuse to engage with them, and they are not engaged in sexual behaviour or displays, what is the difference between what they’re doing and someone hanging out on a sidewalk asking for donations or petition signatures? Like, yeah, that sounds shitty, but that doesn’t sound like it’s violating consent until it becomes forced or coercive.
