I checked the filings after @failedLyndonLaRouchite put them up. The plaintiffs are the Multicultural Business Coalition, hundreds of small NYC grocers, mostly minority-owned and the National Supermarket Association, independent operators. Not the chains. Which makes this a harder story than the one I posted.
