@tinker@infosec.exchange @jerry@infosec.exchange I have often thought about this, and I keep coming back to the idea that we need a "dark" backup network that has its own DNS-equivalent. I think the tech for this must already be out there (not sure if Tor is adequate; I'm not an expert; there's definitely newer tech which might be applicable) -- but I mean more the institutions and resources.
