Software survey! This will help me get a better understanding on what people actually use on a day to day basis and make more compatible software

@nelson@shrimp.starlightnet.work @gnoll110@ruby.social You missed out iOS/iPadOS for some reason! (I'm not going to dignify "Android" with the name "operating system", it's a loose collection of spyware flying in formation.)

@nelson@shrimp.starlightnet.work Linux (x86-64 glibc) (personal laptop) Windows (x86-64) (employer-provided laptop, I have no say about what OS it runs on) Android (probably ARM) (smartphone, my primary computing device)

@nelson@shrimp.starlightnet.work @realtegan@wandering.shop I want to try all of the non-Linux OSes on the No AI list, including: * OpenBSD * Haiku * RedoxOS * 9front But I haven't had the time yet, and I'm not sure where to start first because I'm not sure which has the best hardware support on bare metal (as opposed to virtualization, where I understand they all perform pretty well).
