@Manigarm@mastodon.social Completely agree. It consternates me to no end how some people (and press) are so quick to say “the robot uprising has started!” AI is just code. It’s a shell game. A parlor trick. It can do some fantastic things for us, but it definitely can’t understand or choose anything. Code does what we tell it to do.
