How a normal person would handle this passenger saying he can't get out:
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Please exit the vehicle.
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: I can't.
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Why not?
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: The inside door handle jammed when the driver crashed. Can you open it using the outside handle right in front of you? I'll happily exit the vehicle.
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: If this door is jammed, then why don't you go out the other door then?
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: Um... you are holding my wrists?
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Ah! So if I let go of your wrists, you can use the other door?
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: Correct.
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Or if I open the door for you, you can get out?
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: Correct.
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Or if I let you open it from the outside for yourself?
๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ: Correct.
๐ฎ๐ปโโ๏ธ: Thank you for the explaining!

Watch the video again. Did you notice him trying to say that the inside handle was jammed? Did you notice him trying to tell the other cop that he could use the other door? Did you notice him try to open the door from the outside handle? Did you notice that as soon as the door opened, he exited? The victim is being charged with obstructing justice and resisting arrest. The door and the violent cop were obstructing him.๐คก You might be wondering how you can resist arrest when there is no underlying basis to be placed under arrest. Being a passenger is not a crime.
