The most professional thing to do is to bring no beverage and not touch the water they provide.
It establishes upfront:
- I could be a takeaway latte guy, a 34yo Big Bird mug in the microwave guy or anywhere in between. I will not be revealing this until after signing a contract
- I don't trust you to wash a glass

More important question: is it unprofessional to turn up to your parents' house where they drink raw water with a keep cup in hand and a car boot full of potable water?
