Last autumn I thought I'd give using the ASHP a go, we've never used it. So I turned it on for a day but nothing happened and I gave up. This autumn I tried again. I watched youtube videos by men who gabble and adjusted the settings to perfection. Things did happen, lights came on, numbers rose, the HP puffed but no heat hit the radiators so, after a week, I texted the lovely man who services it and he popped in today 1/2
