@greenpeace@mastodon.social Wealth taxes are the way to go. Wealth, being accumulated income, is not taxed with VAT, nor any other significant way. Personal income should not be taxed directly. The consumed part gets VATed, the accumulated part should be taxed as wealth. Corporate wealth should be also taxed, using different scale, plus all payouts, except salaries.
