@pkal@social.sdfeu.org I would be delighted to have this text become part of the official easy-to-access documentation (Newcomer Presets chapter?) or similar resources, especially if there's also a link to where people can see it with screenshots and videos, maybe like the way the guided tour page has images.

@sacha@social.sachachua.com Are you suggesting adding it to the Emacs manual (which does in principle support images) or converting your post to something we add to gnu.org, next to the guided tour? FWIW I was just thinking of explaining and motivating the changes in the theme file, basically setting the COMMENT slot in `custom-theme-set-variables', that we could use in `copy-theme-options'.
