I honestly don’t know. I feel it would have been memefarmed to death ( no pun intended ) if so… Even in a post-satire, jokes write themselves timeline this would be gold, I reckon.

No, he held a microphone in his left hand (they didn’t edit out the cable) and the right hand I don’t know because all pictures I’ve seen were blurred but I guess if one hand is edited to a thumbs up the other is most likely too.
