@dyckron@cosocial.ca I can imagine the quality of service in the airports improving, but not a decrease in costs.

@mpjgregoire@cosocial.ca @dyckron@cosocial.ca I would think that, at least over time, quality of service would suffer as new 'efficiencies' are found to improve margins. These things usually start off well, for optics.
