Completely sold out (worldwide), people begging for tickets at the door etc. If you like loud #rockmusic then you should aim to go and see these guys. This is the perfect description of being too weird for #AI. Rock music played the way it should be - just nicely unapologetically FUCKING LOUD, unlike the sensible levels you get in most venues nowadays. This is the most exciting, original and uniquely electrifying rock band to emerge from #Canada since #Rush . Dissonant but compelling and complex patterned, #looped and layered, #microtonal (twin neck) #guitar / #bass music, tightly coupled with the most powerful, energetic real #human #drumming . A unique sound and truly one for the #digital #musician’s bucket list. To paraphrase my fellow attendee: This is the complete antithesis to music by committee, autotuned crap we’ve been force fed for the past twenty years. It was refreshing to see an enthusiastic young crowd embracing such alternative, imaginative human #creativity and artistry.
