Like Prefabricated but to "put over" existing houses. think of rebuilding gaza and ukraine, there is money and jobs. i guess your skills could help, with (smart house / production) automation, planing, collecting data and analyse them live could be a booster for ecological and climate-friendly /-crisis-ready buildings
