Day 2 with #GrapheneOS:
#SiliconValley #propaganda goes hard. Even #Norwegian service providers try to tell you that "your phone is insecure".
This is due to the lack of #GooglePlay and #GooglePlayProtect - which are glorified gatekeepers for the #Google monopoly.
I'm still gonna two try though, because the idea of giving any American company that much control over my digital life is repugnant to me.

Day 4 of using #GrapheneOS: Though a fair deal of apps work just fine without #GooglePlay - some even saying "the system is incompatible", but still allow you to use the app - some apps require Google Play Services. That's why it's good that Graphene OS includes the option of installing a sandboxed version of Google Play Services, that keeps it out of your way. This is required by some official apps to even function, as it fixed a few apps that wouldn't stop loading. It also logs access.

@hopland@snabelen.no "insecure" lol. yes it is insecure! that is why i am trying out graphene! literally to try make it less insecure! they've got it all reversed...
