I'm exploring the concept of retroactive impeachment for Trump. Impeach him, but backdate it to last year. This way, any pardon he writes for himself will be invalid since he wasn't in office. It also makes everything he's done an unofficial act, rendering the Supreme Court decision re: Trump and official acts moot and holding him accountable. #notalawyer #impeachment #hypothetical
