This sounds really fucking cool! Sadly I have no idea how to use / do any of it. What do I need to learn to be able to implement something like this?

Not much TBH, it requires blocking Sony servers using DNS (stoping automatic updates). Then visting a specific website to load the exploits. After the exploit is loaded your can install any custom packages as you like.
