If AWS's corporate personhopd is registered in a foreign tax shelter is it even American? I understand the de-facto footprint kept by these homunculi is in the US, but it's not exclusively in the US, and the cloud is anywhere. So, serious question: why is this multinational loophole extorting parasite nominally "Murican"?
