Anytime I run into a problem with a Snap package, the solution seems to be “remove the snap, install the native package”. But, when I run into an issue with a Flatpak, there seems to be a straightforward way to amend the permissions. Is this just my anecdotal experience? Are snap permissions really so limiting that most people and package maintainers would rather just not?
