If cancer was the only one drawback it wouldn’t even be that bad. In addition to cancer, it makes you smell like an ashtray, gives you really bad skin, and its even a cause for erectile dysfunction. There are better drugs to get addicted to.

Not to mention the leg ulcers and pressure sores. It's like an all-in-one package of "this will fuck you up"!
