I broke my ankle two weeks ago. (It’s fine, I’m fine, it’s a simple non-displaced fracture.) Anyway my post is that I’ve found the most shockingly over-accommodating place contrary to every abled expectation: airports. I’m embarrassed to accept help because I’m traveling with family and can hobble along reasonably, but they’ve insisted on wheeling me everywhere, taking us to the front of lines, and generally making things not worse than normal. All included in the normal price of travel. 1/
