Good news! A new EU court decision supports human rights, women’s rights and fights rape culture. The European Court of Human Rights held a judge’s decision to hold a woman legally at fault for refusing sex with her husband (a man who BTW was abusive) breached her human rights. The court said the idea of "marital duties" ignored the importance of consent in sexual relations. Agreeing to marry does not mean agreeing to always have sex.
