Decided to be wildly optimistic and purchase solar eclipse glasses tonight for whole family online in the hope that:
A) they arrive by Wednesday
B) the weather is not cloudy on Wednesday evening
C) we can find a west facing hill that we can get to by 6pm that won’t also have half of Norfolk there

@JugglingWithEggs@mstdn.social I've seen one total eclipse, and the lesson I learned was this: don't try to photograph it. Some expert will be doing that, and getting a better result. Just enjoy the experience. #SolarEclipse
