As someone with an upper arm injury from lunging for a hold on a climbing wall last year, which I then aggravated by knitting, yes, knitting, I can't imagine hanging by one arm but I find her incredibly inspiring so I might pick up the hand weights that I bought the day I injured myself, ironically, and that have lived behind the sofa ever since and see what I can do.
