@miramarmike in the past I used to think a barrier to this is the service class employees like customer support and sales, but if agentic AI could be enabled to organise the employee’s highest priority tasks while they’re away or escalate urgent needs to someone else then maybe a 4 day week could be equitable across different roles in an organisation
