Every boomer on twitter says this shit. But everybody has access to the inflation charts, the median incomes, and so on.
Everybody knows how good they had it, and how thoroughly they screwed their progeny.
The younger generations are Seething With Hatred over this. And the boomers just keep on mumbling the same lines about bootstraps and a firm handshake.
This is gonna end with mass graves.

@cjd@pkteerium.xyz So you have to single out one thing out of a list of many? You can't tell the difference between the whole picture and some one insignificant detail? Adjusted for inflation, the median income in the US in 2025 was DOUBLE what it was in 1950. We have a far higher standard of living. That being said, housing prices are higher now. adjusted for size they are about 73% more expensive (the median house is 2.34 times bigger now than it was in 1950).
