What do you mean by "organize a track at #FOSDEM27 about Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging"? Can you make a couple of examples?
I support #DEI but I can hardly imagine how this topic could be raised in such an event and a poor implementation would just turn it into another "DEI-washing" initiative.

@max @_elena@mastodon.social given the context of the FOSDEM organising team *having rejected* a proposal for a DEI room at FOSDEM 2027, and this Pledge coming in direct answer to this very poor attitude, i&i hardly see how any initiative to "force into" or "enforce" the rights of DEIB @ FOSDEM could be turned into DEI-washing. question for @_elena@mastodon.social: still no explanation whatsoever from FOSDEM team for the rejection?
