@satrevik@fediscience.org I know the frustration of that. One reaches a time when withdrawing it and sending it elsewhere becomes a real option to consider.

@scogings@mastodon.world Yes, I've done that a couple of times lately. But if you are already a few steps along the process with the current journal, you don't want to lose that progress. I also understand that it's getting increasingly difficult for the journals to get reviewers.
