For teenagers to hang out locally there need to be places they can go and have something to do and not spend money or be harassed by Daily Mail-reading bigots terrified the Youth are going to laugh loudly or have colourful hair.

Including the children. Shutting down third spaces, shutting down every Internet site except Facebook, making it illegal for kids to be outside, forcing adults to work 40 hours a day… If you were trying to destroy society (and profit handsomely in the process), would you do anything differently?
