We use slack at work. Don't judge, not my choice. I could live with it if there was a way to turn off threads in the channels that I use. I hate how threads makes me search for where people have replied to things. And to make matters worse, people who use threads have the option to post the same message back in the channel, so now the conversation is going on partly inside the thread, and partly in the "root" channel. What a mess. #slack
