@JimmyB@mas.to Also a zionist playbook which screams antisemitism at things that are 100% NOT antisemitic - wearing a Palestine badge, displaying pictures drawn by Palestinian children in a fucking hospital - while action taken by the zionist lobby, such as forcing the prosecution of a barrister who defended PA, goes totally unpunished by the system. (how is the octopus plushy antisemitic, btw? I thought I was pretty well up on these things. Proves your point, really)

@MiaMarkTwo@syzito.xyz quite… I think the octopus things because of the tentacles and the actually antisemitic tropes of Jews having their fingers in many pies. I think. But yeah. Mad stuff there. It was completely new to me at the time and yet apparently Greta should have known. Likewise actually with Jeremy C when he liked an anti-capitalist mural with what are antisemitic tropes of him nosed bankers. He apologised - said he hadn’t seen it like that. Seemed a reasonable reaction.

@MiaMarkTwo@syzito.xyz @JimmyB@mas.to I had never heard of the octopus thing either. I can find lots of criricism of Greta for being seen with a blue octopus, but no clarification, or confirmation of its racist status. It's difficult getting life right 😞
