He votes against fascism every single time.
That all of California’s electoral votes would go against republican fascism was a foregone conclusion. So what he did is use his vote to promote a third solution, one that is not corporate democrat. That’s absolutely fine.

Knowingly throwing away a vote on someone that mathematically and realistically cannot win is the same as not voting at all where the outcome is concerned. Doing this enabled trump to win as it was a vote not counted toward the one that stood a chance to win.
