@cwebber@social.coop hell is other people &c &c, even if you want to use the tools in more pragmatic ways you'll be drained by the coworkers that have turned off their brains, and the hiring situation is the worst I have ever seen

@cwebber@social.coop they actually can make the work experience of your average software developer significantly nicer but this is all contingent on your coworkers not turning their brain off and sending you utter slop PRs and documents that they've obviously never even skimmed to review
